Yes! Log into your account on www.skinceuticals.com.au and visit Rewards Dashboard to check your member account details and update any of your personal details.

All you need to do is create an account online which includes providing your full name, your email address, your phone number, your date of birth, and setting a password. There are no other requirements to join.

Collect points every time you shop online at www.skinceutical.com.au when logged into your SkinCeuticals Rewards account. Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend as a Tier 1 Member customer. Earn 2 points for every dollar you spend as a Tier 2 Insider customer. Earn 3 points for every dollar you spend as a Tier 3 VIP customer. Earn 4 points for every dollar you spend as a Tier 4 All Access customer.

Yes, each point expires 12 months after it was earned. Also, if you return your order after points have been assigned, those points will be deducted from your points balance and tier spend.

Points for purchases made at www.skinceuticals.com.au will be awarded once the order is shipped.

Simply log into your online account, go to Rewards Dashboard and click "Claim" on any available dollars-off rewards. Then follow the instructions at checkout to complete your purchase with your reward applied. You can also claim dollars-off rewards in the cart section.

Points can be redeemed for full-sized products and loyalty-exclusive items in the Rewards Catalogue. To redeem, simply log into your account, go to Rewards Dashboard and browse the items. Each item will have a points value assigned. When you select an item and add it to cart, those points will be deducted from your points balance. You must have enough points available in your account to checkout and your total transaction value must be $1 or more.

Your redeemable points are the number of points you have available to claim for dollars-off rewards. This number decreases with each reward you redeem. Points expire 12 months from when they are earned. To review your current points balance, visit your SkinCeuticals Rewards Dashboard after logging into your online account.

Sorry, you cannot transfer or sell points or redeemed rewards to anyone else. Any accounts suspected of this will lead to forfeiture of acquired points and possible suspension or termination of your account.

Currently dollars-off rewards are only available to be redeemed online at www.skinceuticals.com.au.

Yes, if you return or cancel an order in which you redeemed a dollars-off reward, you will be reissued the dollars-off reward to your account, with its original expiry. You will not receive the points back.

You may claim as many dollars-off rewards as you like, but you can only use one dollars-off reward per transaction. Other benefits, such as tier benefits, may be able to be used in conjunction with dollars-off rewards depending on the promotion. More information will be provided to you at the time of each promotion.

To earn points, you must be logged into your SkinCeuticals Rewards profile. If you are not logged in, then you will be unable to earn points for your purchases or for other activities.
NOTE: Points will be added to your account at the time when your order is shipped.

We cannot award points for previous purchases. You must have been enrolled in the program prior to your purchase to earn points.

Your SkinCeuticals Rewards membership year starts from (i) the date you joined SkinCeuticals Rewards or (ii) the date you last changed or maintained tiers (whichever date is later) and runs for 12 months. For more information, refer to the SkinCeuticals Rewards Terms & Conditions.

 

Once you reach a tier, you will be able to enjoy the tier benefits for 12 months unless your spend increases and you move up a tier. If your spend for those 12 months is less than the minimum required for that tier, you will move to the tier that matches your spend at the end of 12 months.

On your birthday, you will receive an email to unlock exclusive access to your birthday reward (if you have not opted out of receiving loyalty communications). You can also find the reward in the Rewards Dashboard section of your account. Instructions on how to redeem each benefit will be available when you click on the reward.

You will receive an email when you receive access to exclusive benefits as part of your tier (if you have not opted out of receiving loyalty communications). You can also find some of these rewards in the My Available Benefits section of your Rewards Dashboard. Instructions on how to redeem each benefit will be available when you are notified about the reward.

Your SkinCeuticals Rewards emails are an important part of being a member to the program and are separate from the SkinCeuticals marketing emails. These emails notify you about crucial aspects of the program, such as when you are eligible for a reward or when you upgrade, downgrade or maintain a tier.

Alternatively, if you are looking to unsubscribe from marketing emails, log in to your online account, go to Account Settings and untick the ‘Marketing preferences’ check boxes, or click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of your latest SkinCeuticals marketing email and update your preferences.
